United Airlines asked for a landing page experience that would familiarize Cardmembers with their new, enhanced and existing MileagePlus benefits for 2026. The design ask included card-specific landing pages accessed through email and direct mail, as well as a homepage for users managing multiple cards.
To navigate to this landing page, cardmembers received a notification email or direct mail piece.

Along with the member benefit updates, United also announced a refreshed design system. Our team created a landing page that brought the new look to life while giving members a clear, simple hub to explore their benefits and learn how to use them.

Launch
In the first week, the landing page drew hundreds of thousands of views from the launch email, with additional traffic expected from the direct mail campaign. Since launch, the pages have continued to evolve, and United has valued them so highly that they remain a key resource for members and will be used well into the future.
